"Crestabond PP-04" is a methacrylate-based structural adhesive that can be applied without a primer. It is designed to structurally bond thermoplastic olefins (TPO), such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), which are known for being difficult to bond due to their low surface energy. These substrates are non-polar, non-porous, and chemically inert, lacking properties that enhance adhesion, and instead, they exhibit repellent characteristics.
